Day 1

Paperwork

When you arrive at Sage Tree Chiropractic and Wellness in Concord, you will be asked to fill out our New Patient Intake forms. This can also be done online prior to your appointment time and will save you about 15-20 minutes in our office. Your online forms will be in your email with your appointment confirmation.

Consultation

You will sit down with Dr. Nikki for a thorough one-on-one health consult in Concord, Massachusetts. We'll delve into your current concerns, any past health conditions, and recovery goals. During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions or concerns you may have. We're here to listen and support your well-being journey.

Posture Assessment

After the consultation, Dr. Nikki will lead you to one of our exam rooms to perform a digitally-analyzed posture assessment! This is one of the various ways that the chiropractic team at Sage Tree Chiropractic and Wellness is best able to serve YOU!

Detailed Examination

Following your posture assessment, a member of the Sage Tree Chiropractic and Wellness team will lead you through a detailed spinal examination. This allows Dr. Nikki to gain an understanding for how your body is moving, guiding her care to the areas of your body that are under the most stress. Tailored attention for your unique needs.

Chiropractic Postural X-Rays

When indicated, you may be referred to take x-rays at the end of your first visit. Before you leave, we will schedule an appointment to have all necessary x-rays taken prior to your 2nd appointment. Our office is in network with Emerson Hospital in Concord, Massachusetts to use state-of-the-art digital x-rays to get the clearest image of your spine! We follow a saying in our office: "To see is to know, to not see is a guess, and we will never guess with your health!"

Day 2

Report of Findings

At your second visit, Dr. Nikki will provide more information about chiropractic, the chiropractic adjustment, our approach to care, and our expectations for your care. She will walk you through the findings that were obtained from your initial visit and lay out individualized care recommendations, paving the way for a journey toward your happiest, healthiest life!

First Adjustment

After Dr. Nikki completes your report of findings, you have the ability to receive your first chiropractic adjustment. We value your time and know that you have a busy schedule. It is our goal to get your health taken care of in a timely manner so you can return to the things that you love to do. Each visit going forward will be 10-15 minutes.
